Online registrations forms do not need to be mailed to our offices as long as the Application Reference Number is supplied.

Course fees should be paid upon submission of this form. Registrations will remain pending and considered as provisional until a payment is received.
On the basis that an electronic payment will be made there is no need to submit a paper based application to our offices.
